Marshall Lee Jones, age 66 of Springfield, formerly of Mobile, AL, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, August 20, 2017. He is preceded in death by his father, David Jones, in 2015. He is survived by his mother, Eula M. Jones, two sisters; Diana Jones DeLauche and husband John of Beavercreek, and Margaret Jones of CO. Two brothers also survive him: James Jones of GA and David and wife Gracie Jones of CA, including many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, friends, and special friends Kenneth and Sheila Applin of Springfield. Marshall will be missed by everyone who knew him. A memorial service will be held at the Clifton Ave. Church of God, 1408 Clifton Ave. Springfield, OH 45505 on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 2 PM.
