Nancy L. Poliquin, age 77, died on Monday, November 2, 2020 after a short battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas L. Poliquin, her parents Vern and Charlotte (Zehring) Swank, and her sister Peggy Herr.
Nancy is survived by her children, Debbie (Dick) Jones, Tom (Janet) Poliquin and Amy (Dale Garwood) Poliquin. Five grandchildren, Josh, Kyle, Ryan, Taylor and Susan. Eight great-grandchildren, Emilee, Sophie, Kinlee, Eli, Hunter, Jason, Alison and Grace.
Nancy was an avid bowler in her early years and later loved to play golf. She was a member of the Red Hatters and Ambucs. She was a dedicated mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and loved them all very much. She will forever by remembered in their hearts.
Nancy worked for the city of Xenia and the city of Beavercreek as a draftsperson and many other small businesses. She also worked for her late husbands’ surveying company. Nancy started her own company getting government contracts for companies throughout the United States and Canada and recently retired.
