TAULBEE, Osa Clay, age 85 of Xenia, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014. He was born in Wolf County, Kentucky to the late Sewell and Ora (Agee) Taulbee. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Cleo (Schoffer) Taulbee; daughter, Janice Taulbee Collier and sisters, Gladys Hargis and Marie Peyton. He is survived by his grandchildren, Michael (Sherri) Collier Jr., James (Jennifer) Collier Sr., Joshua Collier; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Jodi, James “A.J.” Jr., Jayden and Dominick Collier; step – great-granddaughter, Cieara Eneix; siblings, Denzile Taulbee, Shirley Patrick, Larry Taulbee and numerous nieces and nephews. Osa served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He married the love of his life Cleo on December 24, 1953. After working at NCR for 25, he retired and went on to work for Frigidaire and then was with WBZI for 6 years. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. with Pastor Joe Sweet officiating. Interment will follow in Valley View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services on Thursday, April 10.
