Patricia A. Meyers

MEYERS, Patricia, A., age 78 of Beavercreek, OH passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer George and Mary Catherine (Rushe) Diersing, sisters, Rosemary Geraci, Dorothy “Sissy” Glassmeyer, Catherine Flasch, Gertrude Godfrey; brother, Elmer “Butsy” Diersing and niece, Kathleen Vandergriff. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Thomas R. Meyers, Col. USAF Ret.; daughters, Shauna (Stan) Adams of Englewood, OH, Tara (Tom) Koenig of Beavercreek, OH, Pam (Chris) Schaefer of Kettering, OH, Erin (Chris) Barlow of Vandalia, OH; sister in-law, Jane Ruttle of Fort Mitchell, KY; brother in-law, Howard Flasch of Cincinnati, OH; eight granddaughters, one grandson and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Patricia graduated from St. Ursula Academy in Cincinnati, OH and St. Elizabeth’s School of Nursing. She was an active member of St Helen parish where she served in many capacities for over 50 years. Pat was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 7, 2012 at St Helen Catholic Church, 5080 Burkhardt RD, Riverside, OH. Fr. Dave Brinkmoeller celebrant. Interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia RD at Grange Hall RD.
