Randy attended Belpre City School and graduated with the class of 1981. While at Belpre City School he was involved in football and track. In 1985, Randy graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Agronomy. Randy was a golf course superintendent at Walnut Grove Country Club. He was an active member in his church, Mosaic and participated on many of their committees.
Randy is preceded in death by his father, Duane Boudinot and as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents. He is survived by his mother; Dorothy (Rapp) Boudinot, sisters, Robin Paugh, Rita (Steve) Lowe; three nieces, Samantha Paugh, Andrea Paugh, and Alexandra Lowe of Belpre, Ohio; one nephew, Dr. Hayden D. Lowe of Missouri; six great nephews and a great niece.
A visitation for Randall will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Mosaic Church of Beavercreek, 350 N. Fairfield Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 7:00 PM, 350 N. Fairfield Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430. A private burial will occur Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Rockland Cemetery, 2315 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, OH 45714.
