Dear Ginny, we just learned of your loss. We are reminded of many fond memories of our long friendship dating back to our early years on the patrol in Portsmouth,Ohio. We fondly remember LT. Kline and Ginny and the guidance given to us as a young trooper family, in Wilmington.  We loved our life in Wilmington raising our boys, Mike and Steve.  So sorry for your loss.
