Bobbi is survived by her current husband Pete Laudieri, brother Bill (Karyn) Hecker, sister Nancy (Tom) Short, her children Laura (Jim) Fish, Bruce (Jenny) Everhart, Missy (Steve) Thornhill, Brett Everhart, Tonya Everhart, daughter-in-law Lisa Hipple, and grandchildren Eric, Rachel, Dustin, Saphire, Kelly, Jordan, Jacob, Emily, Erika, and Destiny. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and her fur baby Daffy.
Bobbi was preceded in death by her parents, her late husband Willard (Bud) Everhart, her sons Joe Hipple and Sung Hipple, and daughter-in-law Sheila Everhart. Bobbi and Bud were married for nearly 30 years and blended their families when they got married.
Bobbi’s current husband Pete gave her true friendship and companionship in these last years of her life; and for that her family is truly grateful. She always wanted to be married on the beach at sunset and did that with Pete. Their marriage was a whirlwind of doctors and hospitals – but their coffee cup said “YOU ARE MY FOREVER FRIEND, FOREVER, FOR ALWAYS… NO MATTER WHAT”.
Bobbi retired from DESC and later worked as a contractor at WPAFB. Bobbi and her late husband Bud were the proud owners of Bud’s Sports of Dayton and Skates & Moooore of Dayton and Cincinnati. She trained her dogs to be therapy dogs, was a member of the South Dayton Baptist Church of Moraine, and volunteered at Hospice of Dayton.
In her retirement Bobbi loved painting, tending her plants, traveling, shopping, spending time with her dogs, celebrating holidays, and spoiling her grandchildren. Bobbi will be missed by many.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at South Dayton Baptist Church, 2351 Rand Ave, Moraine, OH 45439. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church 11 am – 1 pm on Saturday, March 22nd. The family has requested all in attendance to wear colorful clothing.
