EMERY, Ruth Ellen, age 88 of Dayton, OH passed away Thursday 5/17/12 at Trinity Community of Beavercreek. She was a Roosevelt High School graduate, class of 1942. She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Ralph J. Emery. She is survived by Greg Emery, Misako Hata, Karen Emery, Pam Powers, granddaughters Grace and Violet, many nieces and nephews and numerous friends. The family will receive friends at Polk Grove United Church of Christ, 9190 Frederick Pike Monday, May 21, from 10 to 11 am. Funeral service 11am with Rev. Dr. Michael D Castle and Rev. Ruth A. Hopkins officiating. Interment, Polk Grove cemetery.
