Shirley Ann Jacobs

JACOBS, Shirley Ann, age 77 of Longboat Key, Florida, formerly of Centerville, Ohio, ended her journey on earth April 30, 2014. Shirley was member of Eastern Star, Harvest Chapter #564, St. Paul Lutheran Church, Dayton, Ohio, and attended St. Amandas Key Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence J. Jacobs Sr. She is survived by her sons, Clarence “Jim” (Edna) J. Jacobs Jr. of Union, Ohio and Bruce (Terri) Jacobs of Lakeland, Florida; grandchildren Bryan (Natalie) Jacobs and Sarah (Chris Stokes) Jacobs; great-grandson Everett Jacobs; step grandchildren Jennifer (Josh) O’Neal and David Sapp; step great-grandchildren Austin O’Neal and Haley O’Neal. She also leaves behind many close relatives and very dear friends. A gathering of family and friends will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2014 from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at David’s Community Mausoleum, 4600 Mad River Road, Dayton, Ohio with a funeral service to follow.
