OBITUARY

Spencer Gregory Tracy

19 September, 1997 – 30 March, 2026
IN THE CARE OF

Tobias Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel

Spencer Gregory Tracy, 28, of Beavercreek, Ohio, passed away on March 30, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with depression. Spencer was born on September 19, 1997, in Zanesville, Ohio. He was a 2016 graduate of Beavercreek High School, where he was an honor student and participated in both cross country and track, earning varsity letters in each. He attended Wright State University for two years, where he was enrolled in the Honors Program for computer science.

Spencer was an introverted, gentle and deeply thoughtful soul with an analytical mind that often provided unique and meaningful insights. He enjoyed working out in his home gym and took pride in staying active through walking and running. Spencer had a deep affection for the family's three cats, Macy, Jake, and Max, who adored him and found comfort in his presence.

Spencer is survived by his parents, Duane and Sandy Tracy; his sisters, Madison Tracy and Makenna (Samuel) Lemmon; his nephew, Arnold Lemmon; and his maternal grandparents, Richard and Jackie Fisher. He is also cherished and remembered with love by his extended family, including many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Billy and Barbara Tracy.

While we are heartbroken, we remember Spencer for the love and light he brought into our lives. A private service for immediate family will be held on Monday, April 6, at Tobias Funeral Home in Beavercreek. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations or volunteer service in support of local mental health organizations, in recognition of the compassion and quiet strength Spencer carried throughout his life.
