Terry "Ron" Jackson

Born November 2, 1947, in Cookeville TN, to the late Hollis and Katie Jackson.

He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 55 years, Tena Jackson; His children Tammy (Matt) Pendergast, Kristi (Paul) Woodard, Angie (Alex) Wayt, Matt (Lauren) Jackson; His grandchildren Luke (Megan), Karissa, Jordan and Peyton Woodard, Ethan, Elijah and Ella Gilley, Jett, Ellie, and Maddie Jackson; great-grandchildren May and Phoebe Woodard.

Ron was a devoted family man who loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. He worked hard to provide for his family and retired from construction as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He enjoyed fishing, collecting fishing poles, watching and going to auto races, taking trips to Walmart and finding a good garage sale. He was a man of faith and attended Woodland Hills Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Fairborn.

A visitation will be held on Monday June 26th, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Tobias Funeral Home, 5471 Far Hills Ave., Dayton, Ohio. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday June 27th, 2023 at 11am at the funeral home. Pastor Del Stephens of Woodland Hills Baptist Church will officiate.

Burial will follow at David’s Cemetery
