Vicky is preceded in death by her parents, Russ Lewis and Romaine Lewis, and grandmother, Nanny.
She is survived by her husband, Doug Hensley; children, Justin (Donna) Rudd, Megan (John) Darrow; grandchildren, Olivia, Kaitlin, Owen, and John; in laws Robert and Nancy Hensley; and sister in law, Lora Hensley.
She was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes, and enjoyed going to racing events. Her other hobbies included quilting, gardening, and spoiling her grandkids.
There will be a visitation for Vicky on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 11:30am to 12:30pm at Tobias Funeral Home in Beavercreek, followed by a funeral service and burial at Bellbrook Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
