Kastner, “Wally” Wallace H., age 58 of Franklin passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty Jane and Ralph D. Kramer. Survived by his brother and sister in law, Ralph “Doug” and Michelle Kramer, nieces Jamie (Brandon) Feltner and Rebecca Kramer, and many close friends. Wally and his brother opened Top Knotch Automotive together, where he worked until recently. A Memorial Service will be held at 3PM this Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Pennyroyal Baptist Church, 3733 Pennyroyal Rd., Franklin.
