William is survived by his mother; Opal Homan of Kettering, his children; Robert Homan of Celina, Joseph(Janelle)Homan of Springboro, and Christopher(Clarissa)Homan of Springboro, his grandchildren; Mikayla Kinser and Zoey Homan, and many close cousins. He is preceded in death by his father Eugene Homan and his daughter Lindsay Homan.
William was born in Dayton, Ohio on July 20, 1948 to Eugene and Opal Homan. He graduated from Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School in 1966. After high school he served as an MP in the United States Army. Following the Army he worked until his retirement, when he then cared for his mother until his passing.
William was a devoted son, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
