Lela Colleen Dobbs, 89, of Decatur, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2017 at her residence. Visitation will be 1 p.m. until 1:50 p.m., Thursday, February 9, 2017 with a Graveside Service following at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery.
