A visitation for Mr. Montgomery will be held Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home, 741 Danville Rd. SW, Decatur, AL 35601, followed by a chapel service at 3:00 PM. with Gary Patton and Tim Sutton officiating at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Montgomery is survived by his wife of 61 years Dot Montgomery, son Leslie (Emily) Montgomery, daughter LaDonna Montgomery, grandson Micah (Allison ) Hitt, granddaughter Abi Montgomery, grandson Aidan Montgomery. Mr. Montgomery is preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Flora Montgomery, brothers Curtis Montgomery and William (Bill) Montgomery. Pallbearers will be Elders and Deacons of Somerville Road Church of Christ. In Lieu of flowers Make Memorial Gifts to Hospice of The Valley or Charity of your choice.
