Graveside service for James Cecil Braswell, 92, of Decatur will be today, February 12, 2012, at 3 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with the Reverend William Persons officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home.
Mr. Braswell, who died Saturday, February 11, 2012, was born December 2, 1919, in Morgan County to Chester Egbert Braswell and Florence Katie Martin Braswell. He was retired from Goodyear in Decatur. He was a member of Ninth Street United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Pauline White Braswell.
Survivors include one daughter, Linda Ditoro of Chicago, Illinois; and one son sister, Odell Moore of Belle Mina.
