June Newby

Helen June Newby, of Decatur, passed away on December 9, 2022. Her visitation will be on Tuesday, December 13th from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home. Her Celebration of Life will begin at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery. Pastors Emmett Heard, and Randy Jones are officiating.

June is survived by her two sons, and daughters-in-laws; Chris Newby and wife Rhonda, Josh Newby and wife DeAnne. Three grandchildren; Aidan Newby, Erin Nave and husband Brett, and Logan Fudge; three great-grandchildren, Lucas, Brooks, and Austin Nave. And sibling, Terry Vincent.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Paul Newby, son, Benjamin Newby, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Vincent.

Mrs. Newby was a member of Jubilee Family Worship. She worked over 20 years for Dr. Hansberry, and Dr. Jones. She loved the Lord, her family and friends, and her pets.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Aidan Newby, Logan Fudge, David Shelton, Brett Nave, Mike Newby, and Josh Terry.
