Mr Eddy retired from Goodyear after 18 years of employment and UFCW International Union after 21 years of employment.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Pam Knight Eddy of Madison; daughter, Nikki Henegar (Shane); grandson, Jaxon Henegar all of Athens; sister, Brenda Best (Todd) of Moulton; brother, Jimmy Eddy of Oklahoma City; nephews, Randy Eddy of Huntsville and Richard Eddy of Cullman; niece, Marie Fairbanks (Jamie) and great-niece, Amber Fairbanks all of Decatur.
A Celebration of Life will be Friday, August 11, 2017 at 2 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home with Bro. Homer Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 6 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
