Funeral for Sarah Massey McCulloch, 60, of Wetumpka will be Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with the Rev. Roger Jenkins officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:30 prior to the service.
Sarah, who passed away Friday, April 8, 2011, at her home, was born June 23, 1950, in Athens. She was a 1968 graduate of Austin High School. She was employed with Steve McCulloch Family Dentistry. She was of the Baptist faith and a very loving mother and grandmother. Her father, James H. Massey Sr., preceded her in death.
Survivors include her mother, Elisabeth Gates of Athens; sons, Gary L. McCulloch Jr. (Sarah) of Raleigh, N.C., and Stephen Patrick McCulloch (Ashley) of Wetumpka; sister, Susan Harpe (Bob) of Decatur; brothers, James H. Massey Jr. (Paige) of Louisville, Ky., Timothy A. Massey (Kathy) of Athens and David T. Massey (Tina) of Nashville, Tenn.; six grandchildren, Mary-Massey, Carson, Mason, Meredith, Jordan and Rebekah, and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Bob Harpe, Tim Massey, Jim Massey, David Massey, Patrick Fitzgerald and Heath Thompson.
