Loving mother of Christina (Michael) and Michael (Melissa). Beloved partner of William. Cherished grandmother of Alyssa. Dear sister of Lisa.

A visitation for Jaquava will be held Monday, December 13, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at Boyd-Caratozzolo, Deer Park, NY. A visitation will occur Monday, December 13, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Deer Park, NY. A funeral service will occur Monday, December 13, 2021 at 8:00 PM at Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home, Deer Park, NY.
