John W. Franklin, ("Jay") of Wyandanch, NY passed on September 1, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Mary F. Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews. Jay was a valued and long-time employee of Sterling Equities and worked directly with Fred Wilpon for over 40 years.He will be missed by all. Friends and family may visit the Claude R. Boyd-Caratozzolo funeral home Tuesday from 7-9 pm. Burial will take place on Saturday September 10, at the Southview Cemetery in his hometown of Thomaston, GA
