Frederick John Phillips, age 80, of Deerfield Beach, Florida passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023.
A graveside service for Frederick will be held Monday, May 1, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at South Florida National, 6501 South State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449.
