Jacob Louis Bresnahan was a beloved father, son, brother, partner, and friend. Jake died on May 2, 2022. He is survived by his fiancé Cayla D’Achille, his stepchildren Stella and Cash, and their children Parker, Jackson, and a new baby who will be arriving in September. He is further survived by his sisters, Meaghan and Molly; his parents Tammy and TJ; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and beloved extended family members.
Jake was born on March 16, 1995, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He attended A.D. Henderson University School and Cardinal Gibbons High School where he was always known as the life of the party. Jake was also known for his fearlessness, loyalty, and courage. He always stood up for what was right and on behalf of the people he loved. Jake had recently started his own demolition and construction business and was proud of the transformations he helped people create in their homes.
Jake’s body will be laid to rest in the days to come, but his resilient spirit will live on in our hearts.
