

> John "Jack" Chadwick, beloved son, brother, husband, father, papaw, and friend, passed away on August 18, 2024 at the age of 75 in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He was born on March 1, 1949 in Huntington, West Virginia to his loving parents Harold and Dorothy.

> Jack's fun-loving personality and sense of humor brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. He met Debbie, his wife, while working together. They fell in love and got married in 1970, and were married for 54 years. Together, they created a beautiful life together raising their children and enjoying their grandchildren.
>
> Jack owned and operated his own painting contractor business for many years. He was a practicing catholic, and a parishioner at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. Jack was proud of his service in the Knights of Columbus, where Jack held the title of Grand Knight in 1992 in his local Council. Jack also loved to play golf with his friends.
>
> Jack is survived by his loving wife, Debbie, his children; Amy (David) DiGiorgio, and Paul (Shelly) Chadwick; as well as his adored grandchildren; Anna and Sophia Chadwick. He is predeceased by his parents, Harold and Dorothy, and his brother James. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

> A Mass celebrating Jack's life will take place at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Deerfield Beach, FL, 9:30am, Friday, September 13, 2024. The address of the church is: 380 S. Federal Hwy. A burial will follow immediately after the Mass at Deerfield Beach Cemetery.
