For 25 years, Marta was a dedicated fixture at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut, where she rose to the rank of supervisor and was deeply cherished by her colleagues.
She followed her daughters and their families to Florida. She is beloved Babi to four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A lifelong animal lover with a special soft spot for dogs, Marta found joy walking along the beach, traveling the world, and sharing her gift for cooking and baking with those she loved.
Marta—known as Mom and Babi—was a light in the lives of her family and will be missed beyond measure.
