Wayne B. Woodward

WOODWARD, Wayne, B. (Woody) 84 of Boca Raton, Fl passed away July 16, 2014. Born in Bluffton, IN to Erma and Forrest Woodward. He was a graduate of University of Dayton School of Engineering. He served in the US Air Force in Cheyenne, WY. He was employed by Wyoming Highway Division as a Professional Engineer. He left his position at the Highway Division to start Woodward Engineering, Inc. He relocated the business to Deerfield Beach, FL until his retirement. He was civic minded and very active in Deerfield Beach politics, serving as City Commissioner , a member of the Rotary Club and the Deerfield Beach Chamber of Commerce. He was the Civil Engineer for the Deer Creek Development. Mr. Woodward is Survived by his wife Barbara Anne Woodward, sons Wayne B. Woodward, Jr. (Julie) and William Forrest Woodward (Teresa) and daughter Pamela Sue Vallejo (Gabriel),

9 grandchildren, Ranee-Jo Woodward, Gabriel Ryan Vallejo, Monica Jane Woodward, Marissa Lyn Woodward, Meagan Marie Woodward, David Wayne Woodward, Andrew Ross Woodward, Benjamin Aron Vallejo, Tobias William Vallejo, sister Guiney McClain and sister-in-law Doris Woodward.

Predeceased by brother Forrest (Frosty) Woodward and sister Wava Swartz. Visitation Sunday, July 20 th from 10:30 am to Service time at 11:00 am at KRAEER-BECKER FH 217 E. Hillsboro Blvd. Deerfield Beach, Fl. 33442 (954) 427-5545. Burial will be in Ossian, IN. Donations may be made in his memory to First Presbyterian Church of Saratoga, WY PO Box 116 Saratoga, 82331.
