It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Adrian Manuel Cruz, 37, born June 26, 1986 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He passed away on August 8, 2023.
Adrian was a loving husband of 11 years to Jennifer Cruz, son to Tina Cruz and Angel Cruz, brother to Elizabeth (and Geoff) Hodge and Meredith Sense-Cruz. He was an amazing uncle to (nieces) Miranda, Adriana, Aylin, (nephews) Anthony and Asher.
He was the happiest when he was spending time with his wife, or at MDA and MPH Camp where he loved playing power soccer. Music was his go to and when he wasn't watching college football (especially OU), he was watching the SyFy channel with his mom and dad.
Adrian was a hopeless romantic, shown in his loving Facebook posts to honor his wife. He had a witty sense of humor and the biggest heart.
Funeral service for Adrian will be held Thursday August 17, 2023 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Del City, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations in Adrian's honor be made to Make Promises Happen Neuromuscular Camp. http://www.centralokcamp.org/mph
