Joe was born on May 15th, 1960 in Harrisburg Pennsylvania to Richard D. Shrader and Martina A. Shrader. The family moved to Oklahoma in January of 1967. To my first friends in Oklahoma Brad, Brent, and Bart Cox. Thank you for being my friend and family all of these years, to all my other friends thank you also. Joe worked in building maintenance for over 40 years at a number of buildings. Joe was also an accomplished wood worker who had built many projects for family, friends, and clients, some of them are even in this church. Joe is survived by his two daughters Fanniesha Isaacs and Fiancee Alex and Jamie Barrington and Husband Michael, his sister Debbie Scarberry, Grandchildren Connor and Hunter Isaacs and McKenna Reyes, and Christian and Karmah Barrington, many step grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Joe married the love of his life Valeria A Shrader on June 27th, 1998. Valeria preceded Joe in Death on January 22, 2022. Also preceded in death are his parents Richard D and Martina A Shrader and his sister Donni Calkins.
