Barbara was a very independent woman in which her motto was “If I can’t fix it, it doesn’t need to be fixed.” She enjoyed any type of crafting: bead work, crocheting, sewing, painting, and she loved spending time in her garden and with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; children Rebecca and Linda Lee; and eight siblings. Survivors include her children, John Lee and wife, Darla, Amber Smith; grandchildren, Michelle Stauffer and husband, JJ, Angela Santos and husband, Marcio, Michael and Taylor Smith; step granddaughter, Michelle Tye; great-grandchildren, Emily and Parker Stauffer, Joseph Santos; brother, Don Whisenhunt; and her beloved pets, Billy, Bob and Lula Bell.
