Billy Jean Brand AKA The Billy Goat was born on December 28th, 1953 at Tinker Air Force Base Midwest City, Oklahoma to William H Pearl and Doris Jean Pearl. She passed away on July 12th , 2021 in Clearwater, Florida at the age of 67 years old.
Billie was born and raised in Oklahoma and temporarily resided in Texas. She lived in Clearwater, Florida for the last six months.
She was a graduate of Midwest City High School and she was a homemaker and a cashier for most of her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents; William and Doris Pearl. Her brother and sister-in-law; Henry and Cheryl. Beloved son; Phillip Wolfe.
She is survived by her children; William, Bobbie, Buffie. Son-in-laws; Aaron and Justin. Youngest son; Jimmy. Grandchildren; Amanda, Amber, A.J, Daxcena, Trinity, Kendrick, Zane, Kayla, Chelsea, Little Jimmy. Only nephew; Sean, eight great grandchildren and one grandnephew.
