Bridget was the ultimate caretaker. She spent her life caring for everyone around her—always putting others first, often without ever asking for anything in return. Her strength was unmatched, her kindness ran deep, and her stubbornness was simply part of who she was.
She was devoted to her family and took great pride in being a wife, mother, and Granny. Bridget is survived by her husband of 49 years, Larry Woods; her daughters, Terri and Kristie; her sons-in-law, Brad and Ben; and her grandchildren, Hayden, Daegan, Tleigh, Abby, Damien, Zacharee, Lilian, and Emrie.
She was an aunt to many and a second mom to countless others. While she had many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, several held an especially close place in her heart, including Kelan, Chelsea, Brooke, Caleb, and Logan.
She is also survived by her mother, Della; her sisters, Tonya and Shawna; and her brothers, Mark and Coy.
Bridget was preceded in death by her son, Travis; her father, James; her sister, Roxie; and her brother, JR.
Services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Bill Eisenhour in Del City, followed by a graveside burial. We ask that everyone wear bright colors to truly show just how much brightness she left behind on this world.
Bridget’s love, strength, and unwavering care for others will live on through her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
