Cesar Salazar Lopez

Cesar Salazar Lopez, known by his friends as 2times, was born on September 9, 1985 to Tereso Grimaldo Lopez and Juana Maria Salazar Lopez. He was born at Saint Anthony’s hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He lived his entire life in Oklahoma City and passed away early Sunday morning on January 27, 2019 at 33 years old.
