Dorothy Juanita (Mabry) Quick was born on June 23, 1928 in Mountain Park, Oklahoma to William Henry Mabry and Fannie Myrtle (Selph) Mabry. When she was young, her family moved to Davis, Oklahoma where she attended school.
Dorothy spent many years as a factory assembly worker for Western Electric where she eventually retired. You could always find her listening to country music and she loved to fish but she made sure to always stay out of the sun. Her specialty was making her famous boiled cookies and being a mother and grandmother to everyone in her life. She was loyal to those that she loved, both friends and family. Dorothy was also very kind and extremely outspoken. Everyone would say that she was the best mother, grandmother, great grandmother and wife to Martin Ben Quick.
Dorothy’s memory will continue to be cherished by her children; Barbara A. Glendenning and husband Larry, Junior Murray, Lynn Martinson and Ronald Murray, a brother; Jerry Mabry and wife Evelyn, her grandchildren; Sharon, Robyn Bobby and Rory, great grandchildren; Misty and Sarah, and great-great grandchildren; Ava, Abel and Gunner.
