Edmund Victor Smetona, 79, of Del City, OK passed away July 29, 2011. He was born October 8, 1931 in St. Clair, PA to John A. and Catherina (Rela) Smetona. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He married Lorraine Cisar in Omaha, NE on September 29, 1956. Edmund worked at Tinker Air Force Base for several years then went to work at Southwestern Bell Telephone and retired after 20 years service. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine, of the home and numerous other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers John, Joseph and Albert. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 4, 2011 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel with interment at Arlington Memory Gardens.
