Glen was a loving husband, dad & grandpa. Growing up he was always around country music - playing in a band with his family & friends. He served in WW II at the Pacific Theater with the U.S. Army Infantry. Earlier in his career he was a movie projectionist for the Ritz Theater in Clinton, OK, where he met his future wife. They were married in 1939. After discharge, he returned to his family and established the Clinton Furniture Co. In 1951 the family then moved to OKC & he began working at Tinker AFB as a teletype technician.. Some years later he & Mary established the original Del Paint Co. in Del City. He also established B & M Communications which performed government contract teletype repair. He then retired from his final business, Telcom Inc.
He lived in his home until the infamous May 3, 1999, tornado. Then moved to Autumn House, MWC, where he enjoyed playing the guitar, pool & dominoes. His sense of humor & special qualities endeared him to many.
