Jack was a student at NW Classen H.S and loved video games, and movies. He lived with his sister, Liz, and he often spent time with his brother, Ivan, and his nephews, going to work with them sometimes. He enjoyed Taco Bell, Sonic, Pizza and the color orange.
Jack is survived by his father, Roman Reyes; siblings, Lizette Reyes, Ivan Reyes, Alan Reyes, and Alex Reyes; nephews, Anthony Reyes, Alan Reyes Jr., and Kevin Reyes; niece, Nicole Reyes.
Jack is preceded in death by his mother, Claudia Reyes.
Services for Jack will be held at 3 pm on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at Sunny Lane Funeral Home Chapel, located at 4000 SE 29th st, Del City, OK. Interment will follow in Sunny Lane Cemetery.
