

For 26 years she traveled alongside her husband, Fred, as his Air Force career moved them around the world. Julie enjoyed playing the piano, collecting Kokopelli pieces, root beer floats, Reese peanut buttercups, Pittsburgh Steelers, and spending time with her beloved family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Todd Alan Vance; seven siblings, William, Robert Roy, John “Jack”, Bud, Linda Martin, Mary Holchin, Frances Moore; and her precious Scottish Terrier, Piper. Survivors include her loving husband of 64 years, Noah Frederick Vance, Jr.; children, Kevin Vance, Joni Wageck and husband, Roger; grandchildren, Courtney Brooke Atchley and husband, Derek, Adam Todd Swain and wife, Stephanie, Kayla Dawn Donner, Nathaniel Richard Donner; great-grandchildren, Kye Nathaniel Swain, Noah Chance Atchley, Kynlee Jade Swain; brother, James “Jim” Martin and wife, Niecie. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Lisa Boone of Integris Hospice for the love and care she gave to Julie.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November l0, 2016 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel. Interment will take place in Sunny Lane Cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.eisenhourfuneral.com
