He was born in Wewoka, OK to Ronald Edward and Barbara Ann (Harris) Perkins on September 12, 1962. Kelley was a musician and had a passion for singing and playing his guitar, three of his favorite sports teams were the, OU Sooners, OKC Thunder and the New York Mets. He also enjoyed collecting trinkets, movies and CD’s.
Kelley is survived by his mother Barbara Perkins; sister, Julie Quirk (Mark), along with their four children. Kelley loved music, his family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Wedensday, September 18, 2013 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel.
