Levida is preceded in death by her parents, Jasper and Clara Lilly (Harper) Colbert; her daughter Yvonne Hadley; son Glenn Pickens; and sister Frances Cooper.
She is survived by sons William Pickens of OKC and Ronald Pickens Sr. of OKC; daughter Vivian Crawford and husband Don of OKC; brother Richal Colbert and wife Juanita of Anadarko; sister Joy Smith and husband Sam of Tahlequah; as well as nineteen grandchildren, over forty great-grandchildren, more than six great-great-grandchildren, five nieces, and six nephews.
Levida had attended the Goodland Indian School growing up, and worked at the Whitehouse Cleaners. She loved playing bingo, watching “The Price is Right”, and especially cheering on the OU Football team. Her greatest moments were the birth of each child and their children that followed. Anyone that came in contact with Levida fell in love with her winning attitude, drive, and vibrant smile. Throughout her life she impacted several others with her kindness and integrity.
Levida will be loved and missed by all.
