Loretta is survived by her mother, Liz and husband Curtis Johnson, two sisters Lavada and husband Mel White, Wannetta and husband Randy Kohl, a brother Jerry and wife Cherri Carr.
Loretta also leaves behind two children, Marquetta Pope and fiancé` Larry Madewell, son Jeffrey Pope and fiancé` Elizabeth Baker. Five Stepchildren from her marriage to Lawrence Edwards. Eleven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
Loretta was preceded in death by her father James K. Carr, Stepmother Mary Anne Carr, and a loving wonderful husband Lawrence Edwards.
A private family viewing will be held Sunday.
An open memorial to celebrate Loretta’s life will be held on Monday, June 13, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the India Shrine enter, 3601 NW 36th, OKC.
Flowers can be sent to the Shrine Center on Monday after 8:00 a.m.
