

Mack Arther McCoy left us to be with his heavenly father on June 25th. He was born on July 28th, 1922 in Kilbourne, LA, West Carol Parish to James Robert and Annie Lee McCoy. He was raised on a cotton farm called The Miner Place. He was the second of six children and the first boy. His family moved later to Oak Grove, LA, where he attended school up until the 10th grade. Mack served in the army-air force from1943-46. In 1946 he met and married his first wife Merial Moses. Together they had three daughters; Betty Sue, Linda Ann and Judy Lee McCoy. This marriage lasted for 22 years. Mack spent a year in Tuscon, AZ in auto mechanic training school and from 1948-58 lived in Ft. Worth, TX working as a mechanic at the Bommer Plant. In 1958 Tinker Air Force Base called Mack back to work for the Air Force, he spent 28 years working on base. In 1968 Mack married Arvella Heneha. With this marriage he gained 3 children; Connie, Jeffrey and Patti Heneha and in 1969 Robert Carlton was born. The family moved to Lake Whitney, TX from 1969-71 before returning back to Oklahoma. Mack retired from Tinker in 1989 with 40 years working on air crafts and including 3 yrs in the Army-Air Force service. He lived out his days piddling at 3901 S. Oakwood Dr. Choctaw, OK. He is preceded in death by both his parents, his daughter Betty, 2 sisters and 1 brother. He is survived by his wife Arvella, his sisters Nettie Flinn & Lettie Stanley, his children; Linda Baker, Judy Mcvay, Connie Holland, Jeff Heneha, Patti Heneha, & Robert McCoy. His grandchildren; Katra Baker, Kendra Mckeon, Misty Walters, Tori Thrash, Brian Holland, Darren Holland, James Gayler, Nikki Gayler, Carrie Holland, Katy McCoy, Kristy McCoy, & Lil' Mack McCoy.
