Marcia Dee Cole

She was born on June 29, 1957, to Eva and Roe Chaney in Oklahoma.

She married Rodney Adams on September 25, 1976 and they had two children, Matthew and Rachel.

She subsequently married Tracy Cole on January 11, 1997 and embraced her stepmother role to his two children, Vanessa and Emily.

She worked a majority of her career as a Legal Secretary, and her final working days were alongside many that she considered her second family at Crowe & Dunlevy.

She loved music from a young age and performed as part of the Del Aires in high school. Later in life she enjoyed watching countless singing competition TV shows and attending concerts across many genres. She was a born and bred Sooner fan and loved attending football games when possible. She enjoyed playing competitive tennis in her younger years and later in life she would challenge herself by playing tennis against her oldest grandson. She lived for time spent with her grandchildren and could always be found outside or on the floor playing with her grandkids on their level.

Marcia is survived by former spouse Rodney Adams, son Matthew Adams and his wife Leilani Adams, daughters Rachel Adams, Emily Franger and her husband Peter Franger, and Vanessa Cole, grandchildren Ryo Adams, Ethan Adams, Jackson Adams, Rozlynne Franger, Fitz Franger and Pozey Franger.

She was preceded in death by her parents Roe Chaney and Eva Chaney, and her former spouse Tracy Cole.

Visitation will be September 26th, 2024 from 4-8pm at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 5005 SE 29th Street, Del City, Oklahoma 73115.

Funeral services will be September 27th, 2024 at 10am at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 5005 SE 29th Street, Del City, Oklahoma 73115 with Alisha Zwirtz officiating.
