Michael Wayne Jones, 61 of McLoud, OK passed away February 19, 2016 peacefully at home. “Mike” was born August 22, 1954 in Odessa, TX. He graduated from Bethel High School in Bethel, OK in 1973. Mike was a master craftsman; his talents were boundless from creating beautiful custom furniture, to building homes. He was an avid horticulturist and loved nature. Mike was a huge music fan and fostered that love in his children. Michael Jones is survived by his father Wayne Edgar Jones of Harrah, OK, his two brothers Bobby Allen Jones of Tecumseh, OK and Monte Don Jones of Murray, UT., his children Lezli and Michelle Jones, grandchildren Kaydi and Kaleb Keen, and his former wife Brenda Kay Pryor. Mike was preceded in death by his dear mother Donna Sarella Blair Jones and his sister Donita Kay Jones. There will be a memorial service celebrating Mike’s life at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 27, 2016 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel in Del City, Oklahoma.
