

Nora Lee Thomas, aged 81, of 4513 SE 49th Street, passed away on December 17, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on February 6, 1944, in Chicago, Illinois, to Joseph Prince Dukes and Ida Mae Dukes.
She married Eddie R C Thomas on May 8, 1961, and they had three sons: Andre, Pierre, and Ranzy.
Mom was the Thomas family matriarch, earned numerous awards at school and work, but her proudest roles were as Mom, Grandmom Thomas, and Auntie.
She was passionate about reading, had a fondness for foreign films, and cherished her grandchildren dearly. Her life reflected high moral standards, integrity, and a resilient character. She often spoke her mind openly, but always with an abundance of love.
Nora is survived by her children, Andre and Ranzy Thomas and his son Eddie Thomas; her grandchildren, Pierre Thomas II, his wife Tracy and their son Kendrick, Derrick Thomas, his wife Cassady and sons, Theodore, Ezekial, and Cedric, DeAndre Thomas, Donte Thomas, and bonus grandchildren Shi-Lynn Camp, and Kevin Hall; She is also survived by her niece Gwen Smith-Hope and her husband Daryl Hope, and niece Lynda James, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband, Eddie Thomas, son, Pierre Duvall Thomas, her parents, Ida and Joseph Dukes; brothers, Edward Dukes, Joseph Dukes II, and Alphonso “Larry” Dukes.
Visitation will be 2-6pm Monday, January 5, 2026, at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home in Del City at at 4000 SE 29th St.
Funeral services will be 10am Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026, at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home in Del City at at 4000 SE 29th St.
Interment will follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery, Del City OK.
