Norma D. Malicoat passed away on December 11, 2019. She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on July 30, 1928 to William H. (Dewey) and Pearl Stevens. Norma married Walter Eugene Malicoat on January 25, 1947. They had 60 wonderful years together before his death in 2007. She was a school volunteer for the Oklahoma City Public Schools for many years in the classroom, PTA, Band and Athletic Parents organizations. She was a member of many bowling leagues during the 50’s and 60’s. She loved going to the lakes and cook over the campfire, boating and fishing. She was CB’er, using the handle of Lady St. Bernard during the 70’s. She loved to work in her flower beds, water gardens and watching her pond fish. But her greatest accomplishment was being a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to everyone because she never met a stranger.
She is survived by two daughters, Dorothy hart & husband Jerry; Barbara Marshall & husband Randall; 5 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren, Patricia Smith & husband Russell & their daughters Elaina, Jessica & Rebekah Smith, Michael Hart & former wife Ursula Barnes & their children Kevin & Sara Hart, Christopher Marshall & his children Eric, Moe, Kira & Dillon Marshall, Nicholas Marshall, Heather Marshall & her children Ayla, Zoey and Ethan. She was preceded in death by her parents Willard (Dewey) and Peral (Melton) Stevens, baby daughter Carolyn Sue Malicoat, and Brother Willard Jr. (Steve) Stevens. The family would like to thank Physicians Choice Hospice for all their loving care they provided in her last months. She loved every one of them.
