Preston Olive (83) born 7-2-1936, died on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at Grace Living Center in Norman, OK after a courageous battle with dementia and the coronavirus. We learned a lot from his numerous projects in farming/ranching, construction, sales, equipment, and transportation. He always had a smile on his face and a story to tell. He will be missed but we know he is now relaxing on his heavenly farm with our mom.
Preston is the husband of the past Barbara Olive, son of the past Frank and Loreeda Olive of Lexington OK. He is survived by his two sons and their wives, Steve and Sha Olive of Keller TX, Stan and Heather Olive of OKC; grandchildren, multiple nieces and nephews who loved him greatly. Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 23rd, at 1 pm at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 2301 E. Indian Hills Rd, Norman, OK 73071. There will only be 10 people allowed at the grave site at a time, family ask that everyone follows social distancing rules, there is plenty of parking. In lieu of flowers the family ask that you donate to your favorite charity in Preston Olive’s name.
