

Ronald Neil Huff, 66, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, August, 29, 2010. “Huff” was born September 11, 1943 in Galveston, Texas, but was a true Sooner at heart. He graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1962. He then attended trade school to become a welder. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Ranly and Wilma Huff, Uncle Frank Hansen and Aunt Betty Hansen. He is survived by his loving wife Carla of 45 years; 2 children: daughter Angela McAllister and husband Duane, son, Ronald Neil Huff II and wife LaWanda; grandchildren, Nikki, Ronald III, “Tre” Bethanie Huff, Kaylie and Camron McAllister; step grandchildren, Kiersten and Colton Hansmeyer, great-grandson, Connor Neil Huff; brother, James “Jim” Huff and wife Linda; aunt, Juanita Hansen; numerous nieces, nephews and family members. Long time friends, Lloyd and Felicia Summers and Enid King. He loved to spend time with his family, fish and cook. He also enjoyed photography and working creatively with his hands. He loved to watch Yankee baseball and Sooner football. He thought the world of his family and friends and all the nurses and aides on the 3rd floor, Oncology, at Norman Regional Hospital. He is seeing firsthand what we can only imagine heaven looks like. He will be forever in our hearts. Formal visitation Wednesday from 7pm-9pm. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 2, 2010 at Sunny Lane with burial at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
