She was preceded in death by her parents; and granddaughter, Marisha Smith. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, David Smith; children, David Smith, Jr. and wife LuAnne, Gary Smith and wife Carolyn; brothers, Jim Moore, John Moore and wife Carol, Sam Moore and wife Yvonne; half-sister, Dorothy Moore; step-grandson, Brandon Adler; grandchildren, Angelia, J.D., Brianna, Chris, Rachel and Megan Smith; step-great-grandchildren, Colin Davis, Cameron, Cathryn and Chloye Adler.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 30, 2011 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel
