

William enlisted in the United States Air Force on March 17, 1966, where he proudly served for 20 years. He was honorably discharged upon his retirement as an E7 Master Sergeant in August 1986. William spent his time in the Air Force as a flight engineer on the C130 Aircraft and the AWACS Aircraft. He worked as a mechanic on the B-52 Aircraft.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in business management from the University of Central Oklahoma.
On January 24, 1970, William married Carol Squyers in Fort Worth, Texas. Of this union came two children, Kimberly, born in 1971, and William Neiber III (Billy), born in 1975.
William enjoyed traveling with his family, especially spending time on cruise ships, where many wonderful memories were made.
William is preceded in death by his parents; his son, William Neiber III; his sister, Patricia Neiber; and his brother, James Neiber.
Leaving to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Carol; daughter, Kimberly and her husband, Maron Koop; grandson, Jakeb Koop; brother, Robert Neiber and his wife, Gailla; nieces Alicia Teles and Melissa Neiber.
In lieu of flowers, family askes that donations be made in William’s name to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Yukon, OK, Central/Western Oklahoma Chapter.
Visitation will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home At Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115, US, on March 29, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home At Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115, US, on March 30, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
Committal will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 2301 E Indian Hills Rd, Norman, OK 73071, US, on March 30, 2026, at 3:30 pm.
